How To Pogo Stick With Your Grandma

If you ever find yourself in this situation, go ahead and pat yourself on the back. Seriously, if you have made it this far my friend, you have already made progress.

Step One: Make sure you and your grandma both have knee pads, elbow pads, and a helmet. This is first and foremost before you even think about busting moves.

Step Two: Maybe try calming your grandma down with some quick breathing exercises. She needs to be in a peaceful state of mind so that she doesn't fall on her face from a panic attack.

Step Three: Next, correctly demonstrate the proper steps in Pogo sticking. Leave plenty of room away from your grandma so she doesn't get hit.Have two hands on the handles, put one foot on the foot pedal, with your other knee slightly bent, ready to be in position. When you are comfortable, go ahead and put both feet on the pedals but you will have to be quick and ready to balance.

Step Four: Start off with a slow and steady jump. You should feel yourself start to go higher. Go ahead and begin slowing down, then come to a stop and easily jump off.

Step Five: Now that your grandma knows the basics, help her with the steps.
CAUTION!!!!! She may start screaming, but eventually it will be screams of joy.

Best of luck to all of you Pogo sticking champs out there. May many fun times ahead come to you and your grandma!
